Action Required: Configure Your App

Your analytics and other features are not yet enabled. Please follow these steps:

Go to the Firebase Console and select your project.
In the left-hand menu, under the "Build" section, click on App Hosting.
You will see a list of your backends. Click on the name of your backend (e.g., app-hosting-backend).
On the backend dashboard, click the Settings tab at the top.
In the Environment variables section, click "Add variable" and add the following keys:
- NEXT_PUBLIC_GA_TRACKING_ID (Required: Your Google Analytics Measurement ID)
- NEXT_PUBLIC_HUBSPOT_ID (Optional: Your HubSpot Chat ID)
After adding the variables, push a new change to your GitHub repository to trigger a redeployment. This will apply the new settings.

This message will disappear from your live site once the NEXT_PUBLIC_GA_TRACKING_ID variable is correctly set and the site is redeployed.
